Premium payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. This page summarizes refund expectations.

1. Overview

Premium access is sold through Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record. This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled in addition to Paddle's checkout terms.

2. 14-day refund window

For a Talkori Premium purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original transaction date. When a refund is approved, premium access ends.

This basic Talkori refund window does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or higher refund rights that may apply under Paddle's buyer terms or local consumer protection law.

3. After the refund window

After the refund window expires, your premium access continues until the end of the 12 months you paid for, and the purchase is not refundable unless required by applicable law.

Premium does not renew automatically and there is nothing to cancel — access simply ends when the 12 months are up, and you buy again only if you want to.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@talkori.com from your account email with your purchase date and, if available, your Paddle receipt reference.

Paddle may also process refund requests directly for payments they handled. We will confirm entitlement changes after Paddle approves a refund.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, premium access may be suspended while the dispute is investigated. We encourage you to contact support first so we can resolve issues quickly.
