How do I reset my password?
Use Reset password on the sign-in page. We will email you a secure link. If the link opens on the wrong device, request a fresh email and open the newest link.
What is the best way to use the Study Player?
Start with the Lesson tab for context, then move to Script. Play one line at a time, tap Korean words or morphemes when you get stuck, and save only the words or sentences you want to review later.
Why is a word, morpheme, or grammar note missing?
Some lines may still be improving. Send the course, episode, and sentence through the contact form, and we can review the analysis or explanation.
Where do saved words and sentences go?
Saved words, key phrases, and sentences appear in your Library. From there you can review with flashcards, vocabulary quizzes, listening practice, or speaking practice.
When does Premium activate?
After Paddle checkout completes, your plan updates automatically, usually within a minute. If it does not update, include your account email and Paddle receipt reference when contacting support.
Does Premium renew automatically?
No. Premium is a single payment for 12 months, so there is no subscription to cancel and you will never be charged again without buying again yourself. When the 12 months are up, your account returns to the free plan and you can buy another 12 months whenever you want.
Can I get a refund?
Talkori's basic refund request window is 14 days from the original transaction date. Paddle may review the request, and any mandatory consumer rights or higher Paddle policy rights still apply.
I hit a daily limit on the free plan
Free and guest plans include daily caps for audio and practice, plus lifetime library save limits. Daily limits reset at UTC midnight. Premium removes the daily limits shown on the Pricing page.
